Dan Burger
Dan Burger is a writer, performer, and improviser with over a decade of comedy experience. He began his improv career as a teen with the ComedySportz High School League in Indianapolis. After that, he attended Purdue University where he and his improv team regularly performed shows in front of an audience of several hundred, and had training under the iO Chicago Harold Team, "Devils Daughter".
After graduating, Dan moved to Denver and got involved with Improv Boulder and RISE Comedy both as an instructor and a performer in both improv and sketch. For improv, Dan was a founding member of the narrative long-form improv team, "Mockumentary Now!", which ran monthly shows and performed in improv festivals in cities like Denver, Albuquerque, Bozeman, Minneapolis, and Omaha. For sketch, he wrote for and performed with the sketch group, "Big Ol’ Mess", which brought him to sketch festivals across North America, including Toronto, Montreal, New York City, Philadelphia, D.C., Denver, Austin, and Portland.
Now based in Los Angeles, he is currently training at The Groundlings and is a writer/performer on the Pack House Sketch Team, "Bonus Feature", which you can see every second Wednesday of the month at 9pm at The Pack Theater.
Dan Burger is currently seeking representation for Comedy, Commercial, and Digital.
