Esther Nevarez
Esther Nevarez is a stand up comedian, improviser, writer, and actor currently residing in sunny LA by way of not so sunny Detroit. She has performed in various festivals, including The Boston Women in Comedy Festival and New York City's Laughing Devil and She-Devil Festivals. Esther was featured on the Fox/Hulu TV show “Laughs” and was also a member of the Detroit WJBK Fox 2 Morning’s “Comedy Council” segment. She has featured for a variety of comedians, including Micheal Che, Michael Kosta, and Jim Norton. She’s a graduate of Go Comedy Improv Theater, Planet Ant Improv Theater and has taken classes with UCB, The Pack Theater, and The Second City Hollywood Conservatory where she was a member of the digital sketch group Brawny. She was also an actor and writer on the sketch team This Week This Week which performed at Open Fist Theater in Atwater. She’s currently a member of the improv team Circle Back which has had residencies performing at Westside Comedy Club and she’s a member of the Pack house improv team Casual Outfit, which performs every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. She is a semi-regular host of the Pack jam and performs with the Armando team on Tuesdays. She has also performed in various Pack shows including Pack TV and Lotsa Jokes.
