Mikayla Townsend

Mikayla Townsend is a comedy writer from the Bay Area. She runs a Substack called “The Late-Afternoon Show” and dreams of hosting for late-night television (look out, Jimmy’s). She is currently a writer for the Pack Theater House Team “Prenup” with shows on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. She is also one of the hosts of the Pack’s “Go Sketch Yourself.”

Mikayla has taken thousands of dollars’ worth of sketch, writing, and improv classes at The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles, hoping it was a worthy investment. She is currently seeking representation.
