Brandon Burkhart

Brandon is a Texican comedy writer from San Antonio, where folks remember the Alamo but forget to eat vegetables. Previous Pack credits include Color Collective, The Happy Sappy Grown-Up Hour, Your Late Night Show Tonight and The Night Cap with Stacy Rumaker (where he was head writer from 2017-Covid19). Current Pack credit is house sketch team Speakeasy.

Brandon was one of seven writers chosen for the 2020 NBC Late Night Writers Workshop from over 900 applicants. His work has been seen at SF Sketchfest, Second City’s LA Diversity in Comedy Festival, Hollywood Fringe Fest, Comedy Central Stage, and in The Onion. He’s won the Moth GrandSLAM, UCB’s Sketch Slam, and the ScreenCraft Comedy TV Pilot Contest. The next thing he’ll win is your heart!

Brandon is a member of the Read Latinx Writers Initiative and the LatinXorcists screenwriters group. He’s represented by Mohammed Ali at Authentic Talent & Literary Management.
