Tiny Muscles

Month after month the house is packed at the Tiny Muscles show. Why? Because the audience is promised something good, and this house team delivers. Comprised of 4 girls and 4 guys, this team wows the audience with their clever, absurd, high energy performance. From lights up to lights down, these guys know how to give you a bloody, sweaty often cake covered good time. And they will, because it’s a goddamn comedy show and Tiny Muscles loves YOU!

Dave Cain

Dave Cain is a writer of many fun things! He’s written for PBS, Sprout and The Jim Henson Company. He’s produced web content for DC Comics, Lego, Wired Magazine and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Angela McLafferty

Angela is a writer, director, and actor of most things comedy. Most of her produced work is Tiny Muscles related, but she is semi well known in the Santa Barbara area for directing jr. high and elementary school plays, of which her mom is most proud.

Mike Nicholas

Mike Nicholas is an actor/writer/producer/video editor with a heart of gold. You’ve probably seen him in a Jack in the Box commercial forever ago.

Kat Purgal

Kat Purgal has recently been seen on The Muppets, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Scandal (among others) and heard on Family Guy and American Dad and seen again as the smiley girl in a dozen commercials. She participated in the Sundance Director’s Lab and she has also been featured on Funny Or Die. She enjoys donuts, unicorns, and wolves. http://katpurgal.com

Kelly Vrooman

Kelly Vrooman is a writer/performer for the house sketch team, Tiny Muscles, at the Pack Theatre where also she hosts the Lady Invitational: Diary Show!  Kelly’s two-gal improv duo, Laurelly, holds the current record for the most improv Cage Match wins at iOWest!  Kelly has been the face of multiple national commercials and is all over YouTube and Facebook as a comedian for Equals Three Studios. Kelly is also a series regular on The Chica Show (Sprout / NBC Kids), in which she plays a human working in a costume shop run by chicken puppets. Alex Walters

Alex Walters is an actor, writer, and director from Los Angeles, California. He earned his BA in fine arts from the University of California at Irvine, and is now working on a Master’s in psychology. He is a part of an emerging theater company called Muse of Fire, and was last seen playing Vincent Van Gogh in a world premiere play at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Alex is also one half of the powerhouse improv duo WOLFHAMMER, who can be seen performing around town.
